There is an interface available, certified for international usage between Medical and Wellness modules and the most important hotel systems like Opera, Fidelio, Logus, Libra a Edelweiss, and PMS Horec for Czech and Slovak republics.
Gubi Spa implementation has always been considered to be a complex project including preparation of project documentation and budget, HW and SW specification, project timing and a detail system deployment plan. Commercial launch is always supported by a training of Customer's specialists and support forces. There is a rich variety of postimplementation services available, including but not limited to 24x7 Service Desk operation in 11 languages, incident management, problem management, technical management, request management and many other services including regular training of Customer's operational forces.
